Customer Rating: Summary: The best book on R.E. negotiating and dealmaking in general Comment: I have a room full of books on R.E. investing. I have read most of them. This is one of the best. It is very readable and it is also enjoyable to read. The concepts of negotiation are well laid out. I have recommended it to dozens of folks, and I will continue to encourage anyone who is interested in R.E. or the ins and outs of getting what you want, in an ethical way, to buy it.
Customer Rating: Summary: Negotiation Advice Specific to Real Estate Investments Comment: This is a very helpful book for anyone seeking to improve their real estate investment negotiating skills. Each chapter provides negotiation advice specific to the various parties involved in a typical real estate investment deal; including but not limited to partners, bankers, brokers, lawyers, sellers, tenants, property management companies, etc. The book provides real world advice that is bound to help you close deals. The book is a very quick read and will provide even the most experienced real estate investor with a good idea or two for his or her next negotiation.
