Comment: This book tells it like it is. You want the most money out of your investment, than try to do all the things listed to prepare your house before you call a realtor or have people view it. It is a lot of work - it took me three months - but everyone who viewed my home said what a lovely home I had, how well-maintained it was, and I had an offer in less than 24 hours for more than my listing price! I also heard a lot of comments from potential buyers about how dirty and cluttered other homes they visited were - so much so that it was hard to see what the home had to offer. A very, very worthwhile investment.
